On Wati you need a platform plan (from $119 a month billed yearly) plus Astra Pro at $99 a month for the AI agent. That's about $218 a month before Meta's WhatsApp fees.
On TAB, the Starter plan covers 1,000 AI conversations across every channel for $59.99 a month.
Our take
If broadcasts are your main use of WhatsApp, Wati does that well. If you want an AI agent that actually answers your customers, on more than one channel, TAB costs less and needs one subscription instead of two.
Wati fits businesses whose main WhatsApp need is broadcast campaigns, with a human team handling the replies.

Is Astra included in my Wati plan?
No. Astra has its own plans: Free with 100 credits, Pro at $99 a month and Business at $399 a month. TAB's agent is part of every plan.
Can TAB answer on Instagram too?
Yes. One TAB agent answers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and your website chat, with the same knowledge everywhere.
Does Wati integrate with Salla?
We couldn't find a Salla integration for Wati. TAB has a Salla app built for Saudi stores.
